Parshat HaShavua
Join me for a weekly Torah study following the weekly Torah portion! We’ll look at p’shat, the plain meaning of the text, as well as the midrashim (how the rabbis deal with problems in the narrative and text and how they derive Jewish practice from it) and commentaries that elaborate upon it.

Be My Chavruta!
In our lives, we will have three types of chavruta. The first chavruta has stronger text skills than us and acts as a guide for our learning. The second chavruta has weaker text skills than us and help us refine our own understanding while we guide their learning. The final chavruta is our equal who supports and challenges us while we offer the same in return.
